What is KEEN Buddies?

KEEN Buddies is an exciting new project with a mission to include everyone in society through 1-1 independent buddy connections. The KEEN Buddies Project Team will take the lead on getting this project up and running and will share our passion for inclusion. They’ll work together to make KEEN Buddies amazing.

Why join the team?

If you want to make Oxford a place where everyone is included, celebrated and able to access the same opportunities this is the place for you. Develop skills in leadership, team working, safeguarding, inclusion and lots more, all while being at the forefront of a unique project.

When will the KEEN Buddies Project Team meet?

We will likely get together as a whole team fortnightly and also work together in smaller groups on specific projects.

Roles open from September 2020

  • KEEN Buddies Project Leader

  • Community Outreach Officer (Central Oxford)

  • Buddy Training and Wellbeing Officer
